林下不同菌种皱环球盖菇产量与环境因子相关性分析The correlation of yield of various Stropharia rugosoannulata cultivated strains with forest environmental factors

摘要(Abstract):
以林下种植的不同菌种皱环球盖菇Stropharia rugosoannulata为研究对象,利用高通量测序、相关分析、回归分析和方差分析等方法,分析产量与气象环境因子以及土壤环境因子的相关性。相关性分析显示:日降雨量、空气湿度、土壤水分和大气压对皱环球盖菇各菌种日产量有关键响应,高产菌种S.ra1和S.ra9与日降雨量呈一次函数模型;9个皱环球盖菇菌种平均日产量与5个属细菌相对丰度以及土壤速效钾含量呈显著相关,与blank_CK样地比较,高产菌种S.ra9提高芽单胞菌属Gemmatimonas细菌相对丰度,从而提高土壤固氮作用,高产菌种S.ra1提高芽单胞菌属Gemmatimonas、粘液杆菌属Mucilaginibacter和固定杆菌属Conexibacter细菌相对丰度,从而提高土壤固氮作用、降解栽培基质纤维素作用以及土壤可溶性有机碳含量,说明皱环球盖菇高产菌种S.ra1和S.ra9的栽培可提高林地土壤肥力。
