摘要(Abstract)：

虫草素是第一个从真菌中分离出来的核苷类抗菌素,具有抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗炎等非常广谱的生物学活性,目前已经成为一个研究热点。对虫草素的菌株来源、生物合成、提取纯化、分子生物学研究现状等方面进行了总结,对有关专利进行了评价和分析,提出从种质资源入手拓宽虫草素来源,优化虫草素的提取纯化方法,深入研究其生物合成途径,并呼吁重视真菌研究中所用材料的科学名称。
